TOC/Prefface???

Homeowners “associationess” of America:

While homeowners association are not the big bad in America, too often the presence of these faceless communities signify what the American people have lost in their lives. They are communities which at first glance have positive results in terms of home values, cleanliness of the community and creation of local park areas. These are all very positive results from the associations. What is lost is far grater though. What is lost is the very essence of the American peoples, their desire to show their individuality without persecution and understanding from those around them of a different path.

1) Non confrontational
a. non gracious winner
b. poor losers
2) Lack of responsibility
a. for others
b. for ourselves
3) Lack of respect
a. for individuality
b. for others
4) Lack of creativity
5) Lack of community
6) Lack of general morality
7) Take what you can get (if your not caught it is not breaking the law)
a. Laws will solve all the problems - not the real solution
b. Solution is that we must police ourselves

Entitlement

In an effort to educate myself I will of course start asking for advice getting help from friends and generally looking at Wikipedia/Websters/and anything else I think that will be helpful. Don't expect much this could be funny, it could be sad, most likely it will just be me (and at least one friend) on a/our soap box(s).

I will most likey try to get a few lawyers in here for some debates on true law feedback (Even though I know whatever they write should not be used in a cort of law or seeking leagal advice since they are not on retainer...maybe I should send them all $100 and put them there :) )
